The service
Replyfox drafts and posts replies to your Google Business Profile reviews. Replies you approve — and replies posted automatically under rules you configure — are published under your business's name. You are responsible for the content of replies posted to your profile.
Billing
Every account starts with 5 free AI replies — no card required. Paid plans are billed per location through Paddle (weekly, monthly, or yearly). Cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods.
Acceptable use
Don't use Replyfox to post spam, harassment, or content that violates Google's review policies. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. AI-drafted replies can contain mistakes — review them, or use auto-post rules at your own discretion. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
Disagreements
If something goes wrong, write to us first — we resolve issues directly and amicably with you.
